Hint 1

Talk to Philo Pennyworth to see that he's trying to pull Jimmy Two-Teeth from it --

-- but he can't, because Jimmy is holding onto something. What?

Hint 3

It's a parking meter. My, that looks familiar, doesn't it?

Hint 4

Go back to Earth and check all the parking meters (all two of them) till you find the one Jimmy's on. Now how to make him let go?

Hint 5

You probably can't tell, but that bent meter is actually under a lot of pressure, like a big catapult. If you released the pressure on it by unbending it, what would happen?

Hint 6

Use the Spoon Bending Talisman on the parking meter, then go back to the moon and talk to Philo Pennyworth again.
