What do I need to do?

During the dream sequence at the start of the episode, you need to find a secret body in the morgue.

Where is the body?

You can mash the interact button to find it eventually, but it's three doors from the right.
If you didn't find the body before ending the dream, you'll need to restart the episode.

What's next?

You're now on the hunt for 'the dark one'. Look for the darkest areas of the building.
There are no windows in the basement.

Where is the dark one?

The basement is dark, and the darkest part of the basement is the kitchen in apartment B1. You'll find it on the far left.

What's next?

All that's left now is to find 'the eye'. It can only be found by peeping through an obscure hole.

Tell me where to go.

Go up to floor 5 and along to the far left side. There, you'll find a small hole in the wall.
Interact with the hole to get this achievement.
