How do I label the sheep at Mossburn? 10 hints left

Hint 1

You'll get this assignment as soon as you deposit the completed tiki from the mini sub task.

Hint 2

You'll be using the info from the sheep book and the names stenciled on the walls in the wool shed to put the right breed and owner on each sheep model in the woolshed. Read to the end of this hint for the right arrangement of labels.

Hint 3

First, let's figure out the breed of each sheep. The last two pages of the book describe the different breeds of sheep raised in New Zealand, and it's not too hard to match the descriptions of the breeds to the models.

Hint 4

Only one of the breeds is described as having horns, for example, so the sheep in the middle must be a Merino. There are two breeds with black faces, but one also has black ears and the other has black legs. And so on.

Hint 5

Once you know which breed is which, you have to figure out who the farmers were. That's a little harder.

Hint 6

If you flip through the possible names in the display, you know that the possible farmers are Bowyer, Clarke, Hughes, Massey, and Sutton. Look around the woolshed till you find those names.

Hint 7

Each name also tells what county the farmer lives in. By comparing those county names with the breed information in the book, you can now figure out which farmer raised which sheep.

Hint 8

For example, directly above the medallion machine, it says, "Bowyer -- Waimate North -- 17/7/89." The only sheep raised in Waimate North, according to the book, is the Merino. So the sheep in the middle of the display should be labeled "Merino" and "Bowyer." See how it works?

Hint 9

This is really not as hard to do as it sounds; it is time consuming, but there are only five sheep, and the woolshed isn't that big. All the same, here are the names you need:

Picking up the fish triggers a message that Stage 3 has been completed, but you won't get credit for it till you finish the challenge by returning the fish and getting and then placing the medallion, so onward and upward!
