Hint 1

Do you remember seeing something written on stationery covered with gummy bears? Look in Nancy's evidence sack.

Hint 2

That's right, it was Ryan's "threats" to Niko. She must really like gummies; maybe she's got some to share.

Hint 3

And sure enough, she does, but (naturally) for a price.

Hint 4

She asks you to get her some candy from Victor, and that's an easy task, if a little disagreeable; just ask him for it.

Hint 5

Return to Ryan and give her the candy, and she'll give you the gummies. (Though in my experience, someone who craves gummy bears and Koko Mallows wouldn't be that thrilled about hard spearmint drops. But then, Ryan is an eccentric.)
