Hint 1

Once the place is safe and you're in the hall again, turn right to go into the security booth and talk to the very odd man who just ordered you out. That's Gray.

Hint 2

And since it's nighttime (remember, the alarm went off in the middle of the night), this is a good time to go meet the other nocturnal member of the team, Ellie, in her cubicle on the second floor.

Hint 3

That should give you enough to get going. When you've done everything you can think of to do, use the clock in the lounge to change to day and go meet the daytime staff, Mason and Ryan.
