Hint 1

First, pick up the Bento boxes on the kitchenette counter at the left so you don't forget them.

There are a couple of interesting things to find here, some useful and some just interesting.

Over by the bed, there are two books worth looking at, one on the bed and one on the computer stand. One of the books has a business card inside with a number you might want to call.
