What do I do with the grid on the wall in the hidden baths? 15 hints left

Hint 1

Does it look familiar? It's a nonogram grid, just like the puzzles you've been solving for Rentaro. All you need now is two sets of numbers.

Hint 3

The other is in Yumi's apartment, and you'll gain access to it by manipulating the pictures she keeps sending you.

Hint 4

When you have both sets of numbers, click on the grid to start a really tough nonogram. Read to the end of this hint for a screenshot of the completed grid.

This nonogram works pretty much the same as the ones you've been doing for Rentaro --

-- except this one is a physical grid made out of wooden blocks, rather than a pencil-and-paper things.

Hint 7

Also, this puzzle has some of the spaces and blocks filled in to help you out. Which is something to be thankful for, since the puzzle is 25 by 25 squares, and you're going to need all the help you can get.

It might help you to know that the picture is negative -- that is, it's the blank spaces, the Xs, that form the picture, not the blocks. It takes a long time before you start to see the picture, but there is one --

-- it's a cartoony fox sitting on its haunches looking left, with a big poofy tail up on the right.

Still stuck? I'm not surprised. Even when I know what it should look like, this puzzle still takes me a long time to solve, like an hour of close concentration with no interruptions. Again, take your time here and do it right; and if you start to get mad, save it and come back to it later.
