Getting the magic marker 4 hints left
After you get into the basement during the time Piper is out you can throw the magic marker to the garden through the window.

What then?

The marker is now at the garden. You can't bring it into the house. Piper will notice it.

Where to throw it?

Throw it onto the balcony.

It is there

Great. Now, the "problem" is that Piper will have sex with Larry and he will sleep really tight after that. Try to skip night sex.

She is sleeping

Take the marker from the balcony and go downstairs.
