The waiting room has the television set and "people" watching it.
Go right. There is an X-ray room.
Look at the walls.
Maybe the key is inside a bear.
Check with the X-ray which bear has the key.
To get the key, remove the bear around the key.
Carry the bear down. Burn it in the oven to get the key.
