Where are the parts for the Magno-Gravity Fuse?

They are in the same room as the Gravity Lift, search carefully.

I need a hint about how to search scenes.

The Hyper Magnet is found in the 2nd Aid Kit below the spacesuits. The Gravity Battery is found in the bottom right hand corner of the scene. You may need to walk to the right of the scene to be able to see it.
